Lead Level Designer – Rovio
Rovio is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Level Designer to join us in either Espoo or Barcelona! In this role, you'll go beyond daily execution to shape the quality bar, elevate our team's craft, and support the full lifecycle of our levels. You're a true multiplier: your work makes Angry Birds Friends better and helps the people around you grow every day.
Reporting directly to the Design Director, you'll care for a talented team of level designers (permanent members, interns, & contractors). You'll connect business goals with player happiness, understand the unique strengths of your team, and ensure everyone is supported and optimized to do their best work.
