Job Description
- Lead, control, and monitor installation operations across all regions nationwide.
- Directly supervise and guide all Regional Installation Supervisors and ensure alignment with Head Office strategy.
- Develop nationwide installation execution plans, especially for peak season (May–Aug).
- Monitor region-wise daily deployment plans and ensure optimal utilization of technicians and mobile vans.
- Ensure nationwide compliance with Same Day / 24-hour installation targets and all assigned KPIs.
- Track daily installation load, completion %, repeat complaints, and overall operational performance.
- Conduct weekly performance review meetings with Supervisors and Regional Teams.
- Standardize and enforce installation SOPs, technical checkpoints, and safety compliance across all regions.
