The role entails leading security projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to 2-3 direct reports, and overseeing defensive operations. This is a hands-on lead role requiring strong technical skills to investigate and respond to threats.

Lead and mentor junior security engineers and analysts.

Oversee blue-team defensive operations, including incident response, forensics, and threat hunting.

Develop automation and scripting solutions, particularly with KQL for Microsoft Azure and Defender.
