What is the job?

We’re scaling fast, doing things differently, and we’re looking for a specialist HR Business Partner. Someone that thrives using creativity and deep ER & people expertise to guide people managers in an environment that has variety and the occasional bit of chaos that comes with startup life.

This is a hands‑on, people‑first role where you’ll partner closely with our rapidly growing Patient Experience function, supporting managers and teams through a period of significant growth and transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, building management capability, and helping teams perform at their best in a fast‑paced operational environment.
