Lead HSE Manager – Construction Projects (Finland)

Sweco PM seeks a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager/Coordinator to lead HSE on construction sites across Finland. You will guide risk management, coordinate HSE training, and report deviations throughout project lifecycles, ensuring compliance.

Candidates should have NEBOSH and strong Finnish/English communication, with experience on large industrial or energy projects and international teams. Travel is frequent to multiple sites.
