Report to the Director, Health Workforce Data, Planning and Evidence. Lead complex analytics initiatives that transform cross‑sector data into actionable workforce planning solutions. Responsibilities

Lead long‑range health human resources planning projects aligned with Ontario Health’s mandate. Serve as the lead advisor on advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and statistical methods. Develop analytical forecasts and planning insights in collaboration with the Manager, HHR Data. Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences. Partner with Ontario Health Regions and internal stakeholders to deliver analytics products with provincial value.
