Job Description
Work Schedule
Day shift (8 am to 5 pm / 9 am to 6 pm)
Job Purpose
- Main function is to offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines
- Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls
- Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement
- Generate appointments with prospects
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any course, but Marketing and Business Management would be preferred
- Experience in handling a team of 5 or more members (At least 1 year)
- With at least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Experience in telesales (cold calling) would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
