Lead Generation and Sourcing

Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head – C&I Business Development. Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and on-ground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen long-term relationships. Take end-to-end ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization. Collaborate with technical and financial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements. Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management. Work closely with Key Account Managers to foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industrial and corporate client segments.
