Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support a UK-based guitar school. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, communicate with prospective students and parents, schedule free introductory lessons, maintain CRM records, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with new leads from Facebook and Google Ads
• Contact prospects via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule and confirm introductory lessons
• Update and maintain CRM records (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector)
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and administrative tasks
• Prepare weekly performance reports and track lead progress
