Job Description
Lead Extend Developer (Consultant)
Lead a team of specialist Extend consultants on cloud‑based Workday projects.
Work closely with customers to scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy and support applications using the Workday Extend platform.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring solutions are aligned, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.
Guide, develop, and educate others within the Workday practice on Extend.
People Management (Optional)
- Agree, set and review goals aligned to Kainos, Workday practice and Capability.
- Provide support so that you and your team’s goals can be achieved.
- Review and refine goals for relevance and to keep performance on track.
- Review performance against goals and provide feedback.
- Conduct 1:1 monthly and/or project completion feedback meetings.
