Lead Engineering – Mumbai (BKC) We are looking for a hands-on Lead Engineering professional with 7–8 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a technical leadership role, to lead delivery across web, mobile, corporate applications, and APIs. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and application architecture. Working knowledge of Angular/Next.Js, Flutter, C#, MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL. Experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Azure Boards, performance tuning, and DevOps environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in enterprise environments;
BFSI experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and provide technical guidance to frontend, backend, mobile, and API development teams.
