Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Instrumental part of implementation of the network components for all data centers which may host gaming related systems
- Responsible to install & configure network equipment, manage and maintain network and associated security.
- Manage and monitor network utilization and performance.
- Follow established processes used by the team and participate in regular process reviews.
- Escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner.
- Report performance issues when the business is being impacted.
- Work with vendors and project management team to implement and complete projects.
- Maintain service standards defined in SLAs.
- Provide support to the IT support team to resolve issues associated with the network and network components.
