Overview
Lead Engineer opportunity with a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, on site in Malvern.
Working hours : Monday to Thursday (8:00–16:45) – Friday (8:00–12:00)

Job Description
- Leading design and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- From initial concept layouts through to analysis of designs including loading, thermal, and tolerancing
- Collaborating with manufacturing/production engineering to ensure optimum assembly processes with minimal manufacturing restraints, including tooling choices
- Liaising with customers and ensuring deliverables align with RFQ/Gateway requirements
- Generating forecasted budgets for each project and managing planned versus actual spend
