Job Description

What you’ll do:
Lead civil engineering for major capital and infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards. 
Provide technical oversight of civil/structural designs, including site development, grading, drainage, utilities, foundations, roads, and building code compliance. 
Support project delivery by contributing to planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and technical assurance to meet scope, budget, and schedule objectives. 
Collaborate with project managers, operations, maintenance, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support design reviews, permitting, and project execution. 
Mentor and develop engineering staff while fostering a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
