Are you an experienced Lead Educator ready to step into a role where your leadership shapes not just young children, but the educators around you? Working alongside our Centre Director and Educational Leader, you’ll design and deliver high-quality, culturally responsive programs while mentoring your team to achieve their best.
Your hourly rate will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience, plus access to our Workers Retention Payment.
We are currently seeking Lead Educators for our centre to work permanent full-time hours.
We are looking for Lead Educators for both our Peregian Springs and Beach centres.
