- An experienced qualified drafter, details design documents by using BIM
- Ensure BIM standards comply with Authority submissions
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities submission (i.e. BCA, SCDF, LTA)
- Liaise with and assist engineers / supervisors / coordinators to develop conceptual design to 2D or 3D drawing model for site
- Able to read and interpret structural plan/drawings
- Able to multi-task drafting works with reasonable time and ad hoc duties as assigned
- Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code compliance requirements and good engineering practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit software, Architecture
- Knowledge and proficiency in 2D, 3D aided software and BIM Tools is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, independent & able to work with minimum supervision
