Job Description
Contribute to meaningful urban change as a Lead Development Planner with the Region of Waterloo. This full-time position is focused on preparing and advancing strategic development plans.
In the Build Waterloo Region team, your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing development plans, and overseeing land acquisition strategies that promote affordable and sustainable growth. You will also liaise with Council and other stakeholders to present reports that align with community goals. This collaborative role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of planning regulations.
