Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Lead the frontend engineering team and provide technical direction for React-based applications.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Review solution designs and ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between client stakeholders, architects, and the offshore development team.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in requirement workshops, technical discussions, estimation, and solution planning.
Provide regular technical updates, identify risks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
