Lead Dental Nurse: Chairside Leader & Team Mentor

Bupa Dental Care in Wellington is seeking a Lead Dental Nurse to support the Practice Manager and clinicians in daily operations. You will lead the nursing team, ensure clinical governance and deliver exceptional chairside support to dentists.

The role requires GDC registration, seniority or readiness to step up, and strong organisational and communication skills. You will work full-time with a Monday–Friday pattern and contribute to a high-performing team and patient care.
