About the Role

The Translator/Linguist will deliver accurate and timely translations in a fast‑paced environment as part of the Translations department within the Financial Data Intelligence domain at S&P Global. The role supports internal financial and non‑financial data collection teams and other divisions such as Corporate, Technology, Legal and News.

Responsibilities

• Convert (translate/localize) high‑level documents from Chinese to English and vice versa, preserving style and tone.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to collect relevant financial information.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries accurately, comprehensively and timely.
• Provide quality assurance of translated and localized materials.
• Create and maintain language glossaries, dictionaries, translation memories, and style guides.
