Field Coordinator & Resources Planner

The Field Coordinator & Resources Planner will work closely with Americas Resource Managers, Service Managers, the Assignment Center of Excellence in Florence, Installation Managers, the mobilization team and P&L teams to achieve operational excellence in the assignment of Field Service Engineers (FSE).

Key responsibilities include:

• Fulfil FSE requests in North Latin America (Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Trinidad & Tobago) and guarantee on-time assignment of FSEs.
• Guarantee data quality of the requests opened by Service Managers.
• Evaluate all factors that drive the assignment of FSEs, considering technical and soft skills, project priority, mobilization feasibility, economic impact, internal policy, FSE availability, regionalisation policy, team member compatibility and resource skill optimisation.
