The Lead Consultant – Executive Search is responsible for managing end-to-end leadership hiring mandates across multiple industries. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their talent requirements, executing strategic search assignments, engaging with senior executives, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete executive search assignments from client briefing to successful closure.
• Partner with clients to understand business strategy, organizational structure, and leadership talent requirements.
• Develop customized search strategies, including market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Identify, approach, assess, and engage senior leadership candidates through research, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates for leadership, cultural fit, and technical capability.
