Lead Construction Supervisor: Outdoor Sports Facilities

Saltex Infra Oy is seeking a site construction supervisor to oversee earthworks and sports facility projects across Finland. You will manage scheduling and coordinate with procurement and subcontractors while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Reading drawings is essential; CAD experience is advantageous. Expect to travel and be on-site during the construction season (April–December) 4–5 days a week, with support from a professional team and competitive compensation.
