Lead Civil Engineer - Data Centre Projects

Enersense International Oy is seeking a Lead Engineer for Civil Works to join our client’s Data Centre project in the Helsinki region, Finland. You will lead all Civil (CSA) activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in CSA/construction, and a solid understanding of project planning and scheduling. English proficiency is essential for coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
