Your new role

Role responsibilities

Provide expert architectural guidance on Camunda 8 process orchestration patterns ( service tasks, user tasks, job workers) to meet business requirements

Deliver Camunda/Java/React based Lending Origination workflow solution

Oversee technical design and architecture ensuring alignment with wholesale lending design standards.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers) to deliver sprint objectives.

Track and report delivery metrics ( velocity, throughput) inernance forums

Lead adoption of relevant technologies and development practices including AI Tooling

Conduct code reviews

Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, update JIRA in a timely fashion.
