About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to build and manage a strong pipeline of IT consultants for the U.S. staffing market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bench sales, OPT recruitment, H-1B transfer hiring, consultant marketing and vendor management.

This role requires someone who can proactively identify high-potential candidates, build a strong internal bench and successfully market consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.
