Lead Bartender – Luxury Pool & Cabana Bar

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Head Bartender - Pool Chaises & Cabana to lead the resort's bar team and uphold luxury service standards. You will oversee beverage service, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining health and safety compliance in an upscale environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of luxury hospitality bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, and proven leadership abilities.
