A luxury property development company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Assistant to support a fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment. This role sits at the centre of the customer journey, ensuring incoming enquiries are accurately qualified, managed, and routed to the right teams, while supporting reporting, communication, and digital operations.
Responsibilities Manage and qualify incoming enquiries across digital channels, websites, Whats App, and paid campaigns. Distribute leads efficiently and maintain accurate CRM records. Support agents with pipeline organisation and follow-up tracking. Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and performance insights. Manage bulk email communication and maintain clean databases.
