**About this role**

Wells Fargo is seeking a **Lead Architect – Human Capital Management Portfolio** to help shape the future architecture and technology strategy supporting Human Capital Management functions across the enterprise.

In this role, you will provide architectural leadership across a portfolio of applications and platforms that support talent acquisition, workforce management, learning, compensation, benefits, employee experience, and other critical HR capabilities. You will partner with business and technology leaders and engineering teams to modernize technology solutions, simplify complex application landscapes, and drive the adoption of scalable, secure, and resilient architecture patterns, with special emphasis on implementing AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate rationalization of the portfolio, simplification of the employee experience, and standardization of the architecture.
