Job Description
The Lead Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and coordination for large-scale Metro Rail and Airport infrastructure projects . The role involves concept development, detailed design, authority approvals, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design for Metro stations, depots, airport terminals, concourses, and allied infrastructure.
Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and civil teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, airport/metro authority standards, fire norms, and sustainability guidelines.
Manage design documentation, BOQs, specifications, and tender drawings.
