Lead Apprentice Training Mentor

At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Apprentice Training Mentor to join our team.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, working within our machine shops to develop and support our engineering apprentices.

As a Lead Apprentice Mentor, you will deliver structured coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to apprentices. This role ensures they develop the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) in line with apprenticeship standards, progress successfully to a timely End-Point Assessment (EPA), and contribute to building a highly skilled future workforce for Sheffield Forgemasters.
