Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit (Accounting)

**Position Purpose:**

The Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit position serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth as part of a world-class controllership organization.

The Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and leading a team of analysts and/or senior analysts. The person in this role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate and complete trade credit transactions, and continuously improving operational processes to achieve departmental goals. In addition to leading the overall day-to-day activities for trade credit and collaborating with other business partners, Lead provide coaching to team members and support their development of business and technical skills.
