L&D Facilitator - Revenue Cycle

London: based at 2 Cavendish Square with travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester as required. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Permanent Contract.

We’re looking for a L&D Facilitator Revenue Cycle to join our Centre of Excellence Learning and Development team, based in London. In this role, you’ll support colleagues across our Revenue Cycle function to build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to deliver consistently high standards in their roles. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll help shape and deliver learning that strengthens performance, improves service delivery and creates a more connected way of working. With a mix of face to face, virtual and digital training, and regular travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester, you’ll work across a wide network, building strong relationships and helping teams feel supported, capable and confident in their day to day roles.
