LCL Gateway Coordinator

Your Responsibilities Shipment Planning & Consolidation Plan and coordinate LCL shipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customers Optimize container space utilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safety Work with co-loaders, warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plans Booking & Coordination Arrange bookings with carriers or co-loaders for LCL shipments Confirm sailing schedules, routing, and cut-off times Identify and propose alternative schedules when required to meet customer deadlines Documentation & System Updates Create and maintain shipment files in the in-house system Prepare and verify shipping documents including House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all documentation Warehouse & Cargo Handling Coordination Coordinate cargo receiving at warehouse/CFS (Container Freight Station) Ensure proper cargo labeling, packing, and segregation for consolidation Liaise with warehouse teams on stuffing plans an...
