Main Duties
Administration: Go through log book for follow‑up. Periodical check‑up of linen chart and pantry to ensure all housework is completed within the day. Ensure all rewash linen are returned promptly. Check for preventive maintenance. Keep records of daily housework and production. Rotate employees to different jobs when necessary. Ensure ample stock of chemicals and other departmental items. Record attendance of all laundry staff to prepare duty rosters.
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities: Participate in monthly inventories.
Training and Human Resources: Maximize Ambassador potential through training programs. Identify training based on departmental needs. Work closely with staff for on‑the‑job training. Create a positive, relaxed working environment and promote teamwork. Take action to eliminate potential problems and unhealthy practices.
