Laundry Supervisor (Coslada)

Position Summary

Supervise daily operation of the laundry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day efficient operation of the laundry facility, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Apply common sense and follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Handle problems involving guests and their requirements.
• Perform washing, ironing, dry cleaning and storing of all laundry products.
• Ensure equipment is fully operational at all times, liaise with the Executive Housekeeper to repair equipment timely.
• Coordinate with all divisions to ensure proper sorting of linen before it reaches the laundry; linen must be free of garbage and sorted by color.
• Check finished product each cycle to achieve desired results and enforce quality controls at each stage.
• Inspect dryers daily to ensure they are free of lint and operate within the correct temperature range.
