Launch Leader: Short-Term Loans Division

MULTISURE, based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, is expanding from insurance solutions into short-term payday loans. We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to lead the start-up and growth phase of this new business line, taking full responsibility for strategy, operations, compliance and team building.

The role requires proven leadership, at least 3 years in the lending space, strong regulatory knowledge (NCR, NCA), and the ability to scale a financial services division from the ground up.
