LatAm Talent & Leadership Development Lead

Link-Worldwide is searching for a Talent Development professional based in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will support and enhance talent management processes across LATAM. You will execute the Talent Review process, facilitating discussions and ensuring that leadership development initiatives align with global strategies.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess over 5 years of HR experience. Key skills include developing training programs, along with proficiency in English and Excel. Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
