Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the execution of the retail sales strategy across LATAM agent markets
- Ensuring the achievement of business objectives and alignment with Warner Bros.’ regional and cross-divisional priorities
- Drive growth through close coordination with internal teams, agents, and commercial partners
- Optimizing investments, defining commercial priorities, and strengthening key relationships
- Ensure consistent, high-impact execution at the point of sale, maximizing visibility, conversion, and franchise performance within the retail ecosystem
- Manage and optimize the retail investment budget, ensuring return on investment (ROI)
- Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of sell-in financial targets in collaboration with agent teams
