LATAM HR Generalist - Hybrid, Onboarding & Compliance

Numerator seeks an adaptable HR Generalist to support LATAM from our Bogota office in a hybrid setup. You will own onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and payroll coordination across LATAM while partnering with local managers and the HR Ops team.

You will coach managers on performance, employee relations, and absences, maintain data integrity in ADP Workforce Now, and ensure alignment with global initiatives. Strong English communication and cross-border experience are essential.
