LATAM Customer Support Lead – Remote Hospitality Solutions

Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support Manager for Latin America (LATAM). You will lead and coach a team of Customer Support Leads, bringing hotel operations experience to every escalation and coaching conversation.

You will own key metrics, partner with Product, Engineering, and CS leadership, and help the team scale with AI tools while maintaining high-touch service for hoteliers across the region.
