Last-Mile Hub Lead: Dynamic Ops Manager (Sarawak)

SPX Express is seeking a Logistics Hub Lead in Sibu, Sarawak. You will establish and streamline hub operations during the start-up phase, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure on-time delivery from pickup to customer.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with warehouse outbound and linehaul, and support customer service with requests. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics operations, leadership and communication skills, basic Excel, and willingness to work a 6-day rotating schedule.
