Job Description
**Aerotek is hiring a Laser Operator**
**1st shift 7am - 3pm**
**$20-$23 depending on experience**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate laser machinery with precision and efficiency.
+ Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
+ Maintain tolerance levels as low as .0 and sometimes in the negatives.
+ Change out broken tooling and offsets as necessary.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
+ Responsibly operate and manage three machines simultaneously.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-3 years of experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in machining and laser operation.
+ Competency in quality inspection and blueprint reading.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the medical device industry is a bonus.
+ Familiarity with CNC mills, CNC operators, and CNC equipment is adv...
