Description
As a laser maintenance specialist, you will provide technical support to the European sales teams in the Interventional Urology (IU) department. You will be responsible for the installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TFL laser systems, in collaboration with national specialists. You will also contribute to sales activities (demonstrations, trials), which require meticulousness and strong interpersonal skills. This role, within a matrix organization, requires advanced technical expertise, structured communication, the ability to influence without hierarchical authority, and rigorous documentation.
1. Installation, maintenance, and technical support
Perform installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance on TFL laser systems in Europe.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in accordance with Coloplast IU standards.
