Main Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Language and Literature lessons aligned with the curriculum and school philosophy.


• Foster critical thinking, creativity, communication, and analytical skills through literature and language instruction.


• Create an inclusive, respectful, and student-centered classroom environment.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.


• Collaborate actively with colleagues, coordinators, and families to support student growth and well-being.


• Integrate innovative teaching strategies and educational technology into the learning process.


• Participate actively in school initiatives, professional development opportunities, and community activities.
