POSITION SUMMARY

Conduct inventory of tools, equipment, or materials. Place orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies. Mix, prepare, and apply fertilizer and chemical solutions in order to control pests, weeds, or plant disease. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Maintain grounds features, flower beds/baskets, trees, shrubs, and lawns. Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
