Landscaping Divisional Manager

Hennessey is looking for an experienced Landscaping Divisional Manager to lead and grow our landscaping operations across the UAE.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing landscape construction and maintenance projects, managing operational performance, developing client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the division.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' UAE landscaping experience.
• Proven leadership of landscape construction and maintenance teams.
• Horticultural knowledge.
• Strong commercial and operational management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and client relationships.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality projects and exceptional service.
