Landscape Engineer

Oversee inspections of all soft landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, swimming pools, water features, fountains, and related specialist lighting. Review contractors’ packages and submissions from the site, including material samples and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, and relevant standards. Implement the Project Electronic Data Management System. Attend site inspections and meetings, documenting all outcomes. Coordinate with the Site Lead Senior Associate on design and project compliance. Collaborate with the Cost Consultant on value engineering and cost management. Overlap responsibilities with MEP-related scopes as required. Review and approve details for pools, waterways, plant pump room layouts, lighting, electrical supply, ventilation, and water supply in conjunction with MEP Engineers.
