The Opportunity
Our Land Use Planning team is seeking a full-time Land Use Planner to collaborate closely with Council, our community, the development industry, and government agencies to deliver sustainable and well-considered land use planning outcomes across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of high-impact projects, including finalising the draft Local Environmental Plan, preparing the MidCoast Development Control Plan and Contribution Plans, and assessing site-specific rezoning proposals.
In this role, you will also provide strategic planning advice to a diverse range of stakeholders, contribute to the development of local planning strategies, and support the negotiation of Planning Agreements.
Strong collaboration, engagement and communication skills are essential in order to negotiate and influence outcomes for Land Use Planning initiatives across a diverse range of stakeholder groups. Demonstrated...
