Job Description
Summary These positions are located in BLM Wyoming State Office, in the Wyoming- High Plains District. Responsibilities Analyzes criminal activity, resource vandalism and violation problems occurring on public lands. Performs investigations, apprehends suspects and violators, performs surveillance and makes enforcement contacts. Develops and implements solutions ensuring consistency with national and state policies for carrying out law enforcement activities pertaining to public lands and natural resources. Coordinates and enforces local law enforcement programs with resource management plans and activities. Works in cooperation with Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies. Provides strategic and tactical law enforcement advice and guidance to Field Mgr. and management team in development and implementation of resource management plans.
